• Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
• Damaged Items: Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photos. We will replace or refund the product.
• Wrong Orders: If you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours with order details and photos. We will cover return shipping and send the correct product promptly.
